Using Wheel Draft

These terms govern your use of Wheel Draft. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Fantasy competition, not wagering

Wheel Draft provides software for private fantasy-football leagues. Wheel Draft does not hold entry fees, manage prize pools, take bets, or award cash prizes. Commissioners and members are responsible for complying with laws and any outside arrangements they choose to make. NFL names, statistics, and related references belong to their respective owners; Wheel Draft is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NFL or its teams.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break the law, impersonate others, harass users, or post abusive content.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service or its security controls.
• Use automated access except through functionality we expressly provide.
• Copy, resell, or exploit Wheel Draft or its content without permission.

Plans and payments

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where the law requires otherwise, completed purchases are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or features, but changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

Availability and fantasy data

We work to keep Wheel Draft available and fantasy data accurate, but schedules, player data, statistics, third-party services, and internet connections can be delayed or wrong. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Accounts and enforcement

You may stop using Wheel Draft at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service or other users are at risk, or the law requires it. To request account deletion, email support@wheeldraft.com.

Liability and changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheel Draft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
