Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, such as your name and email address; league activity, draft choices, chat messages, and preferences; purchase and subscription status; and basic technical data such as IP address, device information, and application logs. If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile details Google shares with us, generally your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, leagues, drafts, scoring, chat, and support.
• Send essential account, league, security, and payment messages.
• Protect Wheel Draft from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Understand performance and improve the product.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Wheel Draft, including hosting, database, email, authentication, payments, file storage, analytics, and real-time messaging providers. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Wheel Draft.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. League names, team names, messages, picks, and standings are visible to other members of the relevant league. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, billing, and operational purposes.

Your choices

You can update many account and notification settings inside Wheel Draft. Marketing-style messages include an unsubscribe option; essential security, account, and payment messages may still be sent. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, email support@wheeldraft.com.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Wheel Draft is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
